In parallel, I wore multiple hats, serving as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA and a Security Expert. Furthermore, I exercised oversight in managing our software provider, further solidifying my role as a versatile and impactful leader within the organization.

As the leader of the Framework Team, I orchestrated the assembly of a dynamic and diverse group, leveraging a range of talents and qualifications. My team and I were entrusted with the support and maintenance of a portfolio of products, but we didn't stop there. Under my guidance, we embarked on a transformative journey, introducing a new line of mobile applications. We harnessed the power of cloud technologies, utilizing both Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure, alongside virtualization technology through VMware ESX.

I had the privilege of participating in one of the most high-budget projects in Turkey, the HR Transformation of UniCredit Italy. In this dual role as manager of both the Framework and Mobile Applications teams, I also served as a valuable consultant. My contributions spanned from identifying hardware requirements and product topologies to establishing a seamless product delivery and deployment lifecycle between BIS and UniCredit. Our efforts culminated in the successful launch of multiple software solutions, all managed by the Framework Team.
